  1. Eligibility: We accept returns within 5 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  5. Exchanges: We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
  6. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including Hemp Heart, Hemp Seed oil & Ayurvedic Body/ Muscles Grow Items. This list is not exhaustive and may be updated at our discretion.
